Notes to the Accounts
The Association is strictly non-profit making and subscriptions are adjusted so that over a period of years income and expenditure will be approximately equal.
The Premium Bank Account balance includes donations to the Dudhope Fund totalling £900.91, reduced by £1000.00 expenditure during the year.
AUDITORS CERTIFICATE
The attached Income and Expenditure Account of the Scrimgeour Clan Association for the year ended 31 March 1999 and the Balance Sheet as at that date have been prepared from the books and records and I confirm that they are in accordance therewith.
